Vacancy: Jr. Sales Data Analyst
Job Objective:
"To have a member on the team who assists us in tracking customer and prospect requirements, as well as contributes to the agility of the departments."
Duties:
• Analyzing information data to track the performance of leads and identify areas for improvement.
• Help Marketing and Sales areas with prospects request deadlines
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Developing materials, posts, presentations, articles, graphics, email campaigns, including template design
• ZoomInfo statistics reporting
• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing events
• Handling administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and other emergent activities
Responsibilities:
• Manage databases
• Weekly deliverables for Pentafon USA Executive Director
• Mailing and prospection activities
Requirements and skills:
• Education Level: Incomplete or dropout of any degree.
• Similar experience in same positions or in the industry: At least 1 year in operations of call center and in administrative areas
• English Advanced or level B2
• Teamwork

Knowledge:
• Office Suite (Excel and power point)
• Call Center Indicators
• Sales
• Use and management of Excel
• Marketing experience is a plus
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
Place of work: Polanco CDMX
Benefits:
Base salary $17,000 - $20,000 net pesos based on Experience
